Overview
Pain Blob is a NPC that can be found in The Sewers east side from the ladder. It is a faceless purple slime-like creature that blocks the way to the east side of entrance.
Interaction
Stabbing it with the Knife effect causes it to gain a hollow, sad pain face. It cannot be killed no matter how many times it is stabbed. It does not move by using Cat effect.

Speculation
- It might have been used to block the way to the Nopperabou Ghost's place by making the Sewers look like a loop, but in the end KIKIYAMA decided to block both sides.
