These normal variants are seen in a pair next to [[Body_Parts#Arms|arms]]. There are also sub-variants that have blood streaming from their facial features next to a familiar pool of blood seen in other areas, such as by the [[Mouth Monsters]]. Some note that the Pier Monsters have a vague resemblance to [[Uboa]], much like the [[Alley Demon]].

Pier Monsters are odd decorative characters that reside in two pairs in Eyeball World. Due to their unnerving appearance, they stand out amongst the other body parts scattered around.
