Shitai-san (死体さん) is a character found in Madotsuki's dreams. He is found on The Road section of Dense Woods B surrounded by traffic cones. Interacting with him gives you the Stoplight effect, it is an obvious reference to traffic accident deaths. Using the Cat effect near him causes him to twitch, which unnerves many people who see it for the first time. Shitai-san is one of the more popular NPCs in Yume Nikki, some fans even cosplay as him and there is even a Shimeji of him.
