It's a place accessible by climbing a lot of stairs in Wilderness B.
If you kill the blue creature (the Organoid), you’ll receive 100 Yen. But that could be hard, because it instantly warps away whenever you touch it.
Past the Organoid is a bunch of green people staring off the cliff, possibly at a small object that flies around over a distant city. There is also a tunnel where when you interact with the flowers an odd number of times, the door into there will go out into the Ghost World where you get Triangle Kerchief.
