Also known as the Neon Passage, the Neon Tile Path is a path connecting the Neon World to the Hell. It is composed of purple and pink tiles and has small purple pyramids surrounding parts of it.

Interpretation
Some fans believe as the path looks like a spermatozoid, which would help to support some theories such as Madotsuki being raped. The dreary music (a modified version of the Snow World) could indicate her misery resulting from this event.
