Uneven Dream:Debug Room

Revision as of 15:40, 13 March 2022 by >Rudelphe

Template:LocationBoxThe Debug Room is a room used for testing various functions in the game. It is only accesible through the use of the Debug Item.

Features

The room contains a row of various objects on top, as well as a grid of every effect available in the game. The objects, from left to right, do the following:

  • The blue flame gives you the Snowglobe effect. It also features a message from Backbeat Anthem, the effect's creator, mentioning freezing NPCs to kill them - however, this function was never implemented, and the Pencil effect is used to kill NPCs instead.
  • The white and blue sparkles teleport you to either Kubotsuki's Room or Totsutsuki's Room.
  • The door gives you a selected amount of money.
  • The pink shard shows your current character's effect on animation.
  • The "Under Construction" sign makes you jump over it.
  • The chaser gives you a choice to activate it, and if you interact with its aggresive version it gives you a choice to stay in the debug room or be teleported to one of the "caught by chaser" areas.
  • The bubbles toggle the underwater bubble animation.
  • The blue person lets you toggle the status of any wallpaper manually.
  • Seer Kubotsuki lets you unlock all wallpapers.
  • The floating Braille text lets you change the language of Braille events from English to Japanese and back.
  • The camera plays a credits roll.

Interacting with the objects in the grid below unlocks the respective effects. Under the grid, in the middle row, there are invisible triggers for the respective character's climbing animations. There is also an invisible trigger near the top left of the room, which resets an unused variable and switch upon activation.

Trivia

  • This room used to have a green cloudy background, which was replaced in 0.03. The room's BGM was also changed multiple times.
