Overview
Dekishi-san (or Drowning Man) is a strange creature that can be found in the water of the bridge to the Witch's Island, same as Kisu-Tenmetsu. It's one of the water creatures in the game. Its body is dusky green with orange shadow line, and an orb-like thing between its mouth (?). It looks somewhat like a drowning man.

It can react normally with Cat and Stoplight effect. Like other water creatures It can't be reached.
