Blue Orb World (みずたま, Mizutama, Water Spheres) is an area accessible from the cyan butterfly in Butterfly Forest.
Features
Blue Orb World has a perpetual downpour going on. With no NPCs, events, or effects to speak of, this area is sparse, save the many blue spheres littering the ground. There are two more connections, however: you can find a blue gumdrop, which will take you to Cutlery World when interacted with, and, if the player has seen Ending 6, a flying egg (Not related to the Eggs found within Wataru's worlds) which will take you to Scrambled Egg Zone when interacted with.
