Features
Erythrocyte Maze is a large, looping world with hexagonal walls filling the area, along with red blood cell-like objects, as well as floating hexagon-shaped crystals that get slower and become blue if the Crossing effect is used. One of the crystals here will take you to Blood Cell Sea if interacted with at that state.
There are distinctive hole-like areas here, where going over them will make the screen glow red, making flowers around the vicinity grow, and there is also a portal to Intestines Maze just next to a cluster of three other red blood cells, which unlocks the connection from there upon entering. You can also find a hole with a ladder, leading to the Visceral Cavern.
