Frigid Meadow (氷草, Kōri kusa, Ice grass) is an area accessible from a frozen plant in the rooftops of Concrete World.
Features
This area is a looping environment with frozen vegetation scattered across, along with small, snowy sections bounded by these same plants.
West of the entrance, you can encounter a blob-like creature that gets repulsed by the Wolf effect. Heading further west leads to a small patch of snow with an orb that will take you to Psychedelic Stone Path when interacted with, and south of the orb is a blue-haired girl, where equipping the Fairy effect will make the girl chase after Urotsuki. Going all the way left from here is a small shack, leading to a corridor to the Frozen Cavern (霜柱, Frost Pillar).
Frozen Cavern
Like the area before it, Frozen Cavern is a relatively small, looping area, with a few white flowers along the way, where equipping the Crossing effect will stop them from moving. The northern wall has a cave to Cliffside Woods.
