The main character of this game. The game does not give much info about her, but you do learn more about her as you explore her dreams, which is an interesting twist since Yume Nikki was just completely shroud in mystery.
Urotsuki is highly believed to be bipolar, as many different "moods" and elements are present in her dream world.
Several different theories have been formed about her. One includes Urotsuki having anger issues, hinted by the chainsaw, and she may not want to leave her room fearing she may hurt someone. Another theory is that Urotsuki has a twin sibling that vanished from her life. This is hinted by the twin mountains the player can see outside Urotsuki's balcony. These mountains are also present in an unamed area accesible via where you find the Spacesuit Effect. Through out the game, you also see Urotsuki herself in different forms.
