[[Category:Moriwo]] The Wind Turbine Plateau is an area accessible from a passage of wind turbines in Rusty Urban Complex.

    Features

Wind Turbine Plateau is a straightforward path, which features a scenery of a verdant land filled with gigantic wind turbines, as well as the Twin Mountains from the balcony of Urotsuki's Room.

Halfway through the area is a gigantic tower that appears to be a cross between the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Tower of Babel, where you can see the rest of the tower by facing at its direction. This unlocks Wallpaper #383. From there, you can also see gigantic humanoid figures in the scenery as well, and near the end of the path, there is a ladder that is slightly out of reach, which has yet to lead anywhere as it is under construction.

At the end of the area is a monochrome section with a platform facing a gigantic girl's face, with vegetation growing out of her head.
