Ittan-momen is an effect NPC that can be found in the Infinite Wilderness, left of the Hot Spring House. The Towel effect can be obtained by interacting with it.
Appearance
Ittan-momen resembles a beige towel with two dark red eyes. They flutter as they move, causing a zigzag shape in their form.
Trivia
- They are named after the ittan-momen, a yōkai resembling a long sheet of cloth. The ittan-momen is reported to attack people by wrapping themselves around the head or neck of the victim, which could describe how the Towel effect wraps around Madotsuki.[1]
- In versions 0.04 through 0.08, Ittan-momen was located just outside of the Barracks Settlement instead of in the Infinite Wilderness.
