The Black Stone World is an area accessible from the bluish door with three squares in the Nexus.
Features
The Black Stone World is a looping area comprised of dark stone paths over gloomy water. It is mainly inhabited by pale ghost-like figures. Dark humanoid figures can be seen emerging from the water.
Going south from the entrance leads to a blue blob creature with black eyes and antennae that teleports Soutarou to Assembly Line. Heading north-west from that point leads to a gray cat that grants the Black Cat effect. Alternatively, heading south-east from the blob creature leads to two floating purple circles that teleport Soutarou to Red Hand Labyrinth.

Trivia
- Equipping the Knuckledusters effect makes all the ghost denizens as well as the cat disappear.
- Equipping the Black Cat effect changes the cat NPC's opacity and interacting with it (while still using the Black Cat effect) makes it meow.
- Getting caught by the chaser in Barbed Wire Fence World or Dark Pillar Waters takes Soutarou to an isolated part of this area. When entered from Barbed Wire Fence World the area is darker than usual and cannot be lit up by any effects.
- The blob creature walks freely around the map but re-entering the area will reset its position to the original one.
