Overview
Kisu-Tenmetsu is an odd flashing creature that can be found in the water of the bridge to the Witch's Island, same as Dekishi-san. It is one of the water creatures in the game. It has a weird flashing red texture face and popping frequently.

Interaction
It can only react with Cat and Stoplight effects. Like other water creatures, it cannot be reached.
