One thing I noticed before getting the effect is that having Shimi without an effect caused the Lively egg to shake, and that might be notable enough to look into, like maybe it can only be obtained without an effect equipped or something.)

This world consists of a large puzzle where numerous eggs must be matched with their corresponding effects. If the correct effect is equipped, the egg will shake to the side occasionally, and will disappear when interacted with. While the puzzle can be finished with only the first fifteen effects, it can be cleared faster with the Faucet and Parasol effects.
At the end of the puzzle is one final egg which provides the Lively effect.
