This unnamed Non-NPC character appears under the manhole between The Road, Dense Woods B, and the White Desert.
It has three eyes and its appearance changes depending on how times Madotsuki has traveled along the the Infinite Road in the Dense Woods A. A possible considered name for the character is 3目ヘッド(translates to "3- eyed head")

The alternate appearance of the creature, induced by travelling for at least five 'loops' along the infinite road.

• Some fans think its tentacles look similar to umbilical cords or red straws.
