An NPC found in Snow World who wanders around slowly. Looks like a Yuki-Onna, or Snow Woman, a spirit from Japanese folklore.
Interacting with her gives you the Yuki-Onna Effect.
She looks exactly the same as Madotsuki does while using the effect, but smaller.
