I believe theres something like a new effect in play here. Its the blue ghost singer guy in the new map where you have to equip the glasses to see him. Well it shouldn't necessarily be a new effect but since its been added to the assets, I think its more of like a combo effect.
Still have no clue what combo/event/trigger to do though.
