Depends if anyone here uses OSX, I don't know the first thing about it or wine/RPGhub. The instructions at the end are for linux by the looks of it, and whoever wrote it didn't say much beyond wine and rpghub about OSX.
You could either try RPGhub or this osx wine tutorial, which I found on google, I guess. http://xtynn.tumblr.com/post/43724267432/yume-2kki-and-flow-on-mac
Can't guarantee it'll will work though.
