Its REALLY difficult to do this, now im having windows 8..
I installed applocale, but my current problem is that RTP 2000 won't install till 44%.
I have installed the japanese language (microsoft IME), but when i open the RTP setup, there still aren't japanese characters, and it still errors at 44%.
What am i actually supposed to do?
