You need to go down where the white circle indicates (I think it's just before the screen transition), then follow the path. FukoSan (talk) 00:29, May 2, 2019 (UTC)

The map in the article doesn't show the sitting Urotsuki, but you'll find her at the end of that apparently isolated area. I'll modify the map to add her later. FukoSan (talk) 01:45, May 2, 2019 (UTC)
