It seems as of 0.099d and e that the highway is glitched up. I managed to get in once by going through the right side of the Gray Road's entrance, but then went into a bathroom and couldn't move. Since then I haven't been able to get back in.
I guess I'll have to wait for a patch or the next version to get #120.
