Nvmind yet AGAIN, as I found the room that supposedly gives you the effect. Go to Flying Fish World and to the ledge that sent you to the TV room and to the Monochrome World. Talk to the smallest flowerpot and go to the bottom edge of the room and run down along there to find the hidden passage. That should take you to the room with the broken egg in it and should give you #153.
