When attempting to get the child effect, I've tried various times to do the submarine segment. However; as I try 4 minutes, 5 minutes, 8 minutes and even 10 minutes; it keeps sending me back to the docks.
Does the time to get off the sub after the "about five minutes" period only have a few seconds window of opportunity or am I just not patient enough to wait it out enough?
