Okay, finally found the code that unlocks #153, and yes, it is exploration based. To unlock it, you have to visit 95% or more of all the maps in 2kki at least once. The trigger fires whenever ID for the current map changes, so it works on things as minigames and some full-screen events as well.
Will check other wallpapers later, stay tuned.
