The Pain Blob is an NPC that can be found in the Sewers.
Appearance
The Pain Blob appears to be just a simple object at first, resembling a large purple water droplet. However, it will grow a small face that appears to express pain when the Knife effect is used on it.
Interaction
Upon entering the Sewers from Mural World, the player can travel east of the ladder that takes them down there. They will eventually be blocked by the Pain Blob, which seems to be just an out-of-place object at first meant to block the east side of the area.
When the Knife effect is used on it, a small face will appear from the Pain Blob, seemingly expressing anguish. Stabbing it does not move it or cause the blob to disappear, and it can not be moved by using the Cat effect.
A weird blob that blocks the way.

Trivia
- The Pain Blob's inclusion appears to be used to block the way to the Nopperabou Ghost, which gives the Nopperabou effect, by making the Sewers look like a looping area that is blocked on two sides.
