Blood World is a somewhat small area accessible from the Intestines Maze. It can be reached by heading in a general western direction from the Red City's entrance to the maze, or by heading in a general northeastern direction from Guts World's entrance to the maze. A ghost crying blood serves as the portal in the Intestines Maze.
Features
There is a red signpost north of the entrance. Interacting with it will teleport you to the Stone Maze.
If you enter the large pool of blood, you'll be stuck in a looped lake of blood with many crying ghosts, a bloody pedestal surrounded by knives, and a towering white creature rooted into a darker pond of blood. Using the Chainsaw effect on the white creature will prompt it to let out a loud groan. The area darkens, the music changes, and all of the crying ghosts will swarm around you and attempt to inhibit your motion while Scary Faces pursue you. When they catch you, the screen fades to black, and Urotsuki awakens from the dream.
