The Buried City (水葬都市, Suiso Toshi, Burial City) is accessible through the formerly blocked dark passage in the Sunken City.
Features
Here are many two- or three-storeyed buildings, covered with some strange pictures. Between them are many NPC's - men, women, women with babies, old women and single babies. None of them is interractable, except single babies, they are produce short "aauu" sound. Also Urotsuki can kill most NPCs with Chainsaw effect, except single babies again, she said "yada" when you attempt to try.
If you equip Glasses effect all NPCs here will become grave crosses, which produce long and pitched down variation of the "aauu" sound.
As of version 0.105 the only exit from this location is blocked by the sign, but leads back to the dark passage of the Sunken City
