This world is a dark, eerie place, with only howling wind being audible in the world's background. The slow-moving parallax is simply that of a fan, rotating.
Dusty Pinwheel Path is more mazelike, where the player can only walk on the trails of white dust that have been placed throughout the world. Peppered throughout the area are red pinwheels or turbines.
You'll eventually come across a streetlamp, which leads to Drenched Passageways upon interaction.
