The Fantasy Library (夢書庫, Yume Shoko, Dream Library) is an area accessible from the fourth book in the right shelf, in the row of shelves at the bottom of the Library.
Features
The Fantasy Library is a small and relatively empty area filled with bookshelves that hold various texts, similar to the Library itself. 2 nine-tailed foxes dressed in white wander around this area, and make a the sound of a bell ringing when interacted with. They cannot be killed, and will de-equip the Urotsuki's chainsaw effect if she tries to attack them.
This area is somewhat divided into 2 sections, with the bookshelves in the upper-right part of the area neatly arranged into rows, and the shelves in the left side of the area being placed more sporadically.
The shelves throughout the area hold over 40 books to read, almost all of which have atleast a second book that can be read while using a specific effect.
To the left of the entrance, the first bookshelf out of line will take you to the Red Cliff.
Directly across from the Red Cliff shelf on the far left side of the area is a bookshelf covered in blood, which at first appears to be empty. But if you equip the chainsaw effect, a red book will appear for you to read. (which is important for accessing Chaos World)
There is another bloody shelf just above the chainsaw shelf that will teleport you to the Character Plains if you read the book that appears while using the Grave effect, And the book in the bookshelf directly below the chainsaw shelf will teleport you to the Innocent Library if you read it while using the Grave effect.
Midway down the left side of the area is a beige couch where Urotsuki can sit down
The bookshelf immediately northeast of the couch contains will take you to the lake in the Butterfly Forest if you interact with it while using the Bug or Lantern effects, the latter of which will ensure fireflies appear over the lake, and interacting with the 2nd bookshelf directly above the couch while using the Fairy effect will take you to the Cloud Floor
Lastly, a brightly colored butterfly can be found flying around near the bottom of the area to the southwest from the couch, which will teleport you to the Butterfly Forest.
Red Cliff
After reading Urotsuki will be teleported to the cliff with the red backgroud and herself, standing at the border. If you read the book with the child effect the music will be also reverted. Interacting will push standing Uro from the border with falling sound and short "thud" sound after that. If you do that you will not be able to escape this area except going to the border by yourself. While falling you can notice the silouette of the library girl on the right, and after fall Urotsuki will find herself in the Red Lily Lake with all tinted red.

in total number of 26, and many of them appears different, if they readed with equipped effects.
Books:
1, 3, 6, 9, 13, 17, 20, 24 and 26 books are normal books, but, reading them with the Child Effect equipped causes the music to play backwards.
7, 8, 11 and 23 are same as the above books, but the pictures will change depending on the effect Urotsuki equips.
2 - The Red book appears when the Grave effect is equipped and will teleport you to the Character Plains, using the Crossing effect will turn the red book blue, and a picture of splattered blood will appear, with phrase "Dream is endless" at the bottom.
14 - After reading Urotsuki will be teleported to the cliff with the red backgroud and herself, standing at the border. If you read the book with the child effect the music will be also reverted. Interacting will push standing Uro from the border with falling sound and short "stud" sound after that. If you do that you will not be able to escape this area except going to the border by yourself. While falling you can notice the silouette of the library girl on the right,and after fall Urotsuki will find herself in the Red Lily Lake with all tinted red.
16 - Red book appears when the Chainsaw effect is equipped, using the grave effect will cause a blue book to appear with a different picture inside.
18 - Reading with the Fairy effect will teleport you to the Cloud Floor.
21 - Reading with the Grave effect send you to the Innocent Library.
25 - Same as books 7, 8, 11, 23 but with some differences. If you read the book with the Insect effect equipped you will be teleported to the lake, with a random chance of fireflies being there, If Urotsuki uses the Lantern effect to teleport to the lake, there will always be fireflies there.

Trivia
- This area previously appeared in version 0.101 in a more structured state and featured an event involving the possibly questionable chainsaw massacre of dolls, but the event has since been removed and the area remodeled.
- The rabbit is now in the area,connected to the Butterfly Forest with a bright green butterfly. If you kill him, you cannot move. It may have presumably been a bug.
