Flesh Paths World (嘔吐通路, Oto Tsuro, Vomiting Pathway) is a small area accessible from the Intestines Maze.
Features
The Flesh Paths World is, as it's name suggests, a world containing dark pink pathways connected by a series of dismembered heads creating a teleport maze of sorts. Along with the fleshy arches, there are many other things scattered around the pathways, such as floating Urotsuki Boy effect heads, a vomiting pig and a cloud drooling blood. Disturbing music rightfully accompanies the world.
By navigating through the head maze, you will find a cat head puffing out it's cheeks. By using the Chainsaw effect on it, it will open its mouth, leading you to a more barren version of the Broken Faces Area. When you enter the Danger Panic Zone - the only other landmark - the event will naturally occur, and when stepping out, you will be in the main area.
