Features
This area is a small, dreary, sewer-like area with crescent moon emblems etched on the wall. The first doors from the entrance of each are accessible. The first door from the entrance of the western wing leads to a small room where the floor has two bright panels, and interacting with the wall on the first panel shows Urotsuki being chased by a Shadow Lady, while the second shows Urotsuki with the Penguin effect as she swims. On the other hand, the first door of the eastern wing leads to a room with a robot and a door, where stepping out of the water brightens up the area, with the door leading to the Robotic Institution.
