Added the Atelier, accessible from Execution Ground. Performed a bugfix for the Execution Ground. Added BGMs 051B and 444B.

Fixed a bug in the area between Execution Ground and the Atelier where the event triggered after killing the blonde woman in the latter does not get called, permanently preventing access to said area.
