Overview
Kisu-Tenmetsu is an odd flashing creature that can be found in the water of the bridge to the Witch's Island, same as Dekishi-san. He is one of the water creatures in the game. He has a weird flashing red texture face and popping frequently.

He can only react with Cat and Stoplight effect. Like other water creatures he can't be reached.
