Yume Tsushin is a rather mysterious and surreal game, as expected from a Yume Nikki fangame. Ever since it released, people have been coming up with theories about its narrative. This page houses several of them.
"Wormiko Is Isolated" Theory
As shown from one of the endings, It may hint that Wormiko Is trying to talk to someone In both endings, (END1 And END2), as most likely, as for the amount of NPC'S, may be a few of them, It could reside that Wormiko has Imaginary friends/People to talk to.
"Wormiko Is Dead" Theory
Wormiko may or may not be dead, hinting there's a literal zombie effect, It may seem that Wormiko Is dead, It could explain why there Is a zombie effect, and most likely, rotting flesh imagery.
