Overview
Severed Blue Head is a Non-NPC character that can be found in Eyeball World. It is a large, ugly, terrifying blue face with red hair which its mouth is opened, enter its mouth leads you to the Footprint Path. In front of its mouth there has a puddle of blood, there are also two hand beside the head.
