The Fisherman seems to have a pink sunhat on, a light purple shirt and brown pants on, his fishing pole is dark purple. The Fisherman seems to have shadow like skin.
He can be found in two places in the Windmill world and The Docks.
He seems to react to the cat effect, which makes him pull his fishing rod, as if he was about to cath a fish.
