I've whipped up a quick and dirty minimal English translation of the game's effects and some of the menus (v0.98d). All I altered was a handful of strings, so it should be fully transparent to saved games made with the all-Japanese version of the game and vice-versa. Text stored in the game's event data (like the in-game computer) hasn't been translated, and neither has anything stored in images. Applocale and the RTP are still required to run the game as with the untranslated versions.
