I'm thinking about creating a minimal and portable RTP, that is a zip file containing only the parts of the Japanese RTP that are required to run this game. Then one should simply unpack the files into the game's directory, and everything should work correctly withouth having to worry about the installer messing something up.
I'm not sure if the licence allows this, though, I have to check it out first.
