All of the "Male" Dolls chase Urotsuki, all of the "Female" Dolls just kinda stand there. I think you can chainsaw the ones that are standing. But I think it makes the other dolls faster? I kinda forgot, I need to test it out once I can.
Oh! And also, I think if you interacted with that orange idol person in one of the rooms (Where she's sitting in a chair, surrounded by a circle of dolls and stuff), I think she will now appear in the strange purple area, you could interact with her and she'll teleport you back to her room.
