When I said dreadful, it was in the literal sense, as in desolate or with a dark secret, so we agree on this. I noticed it the first time I visited the town though, with the hidden characters and general lack of response from the hockey mask-wearing NPCs.
At least they didn't change the music of the clothing shop, which I'm glad about.
