No, unfortunately loda.jp shut down on March 31st and all the files on the site were deleted. There's more info here: http://mikumikutalia.deviantart.com/journal/IMPORTANT-Loda-jp-Closing-282801637 ...It would be nice if someone could update this page (along with its titlecard on the main page!)
Have you seen the Technical Difficulties page on the Yume Nikki Fangames Wiki? There might be some stuff on there to help you...I also found an incredibly helpful video on Youtube on how to download Yume 2kki (it was for windows 7, though, but it might be useful in some ways.)
