How long has it been since this page was updated with the newest version of Yume 2kki? I have the newest version and I can't seen to get anything to work. The only effects I can seem to equip are the Bike, Chainsaw, and Telephone, and the Chainsaw and Telephone don't even work. There's no NPCs around and the TV always has the same static screen, and the stairs that should take me to the roof of the main building is blocked by a box.
