The easiest way to access the Sea of Clouds in my opinion is by following these steps:
- Use the ladder of the Theater World to enter the room with eyeball men;
- Use the rainbow effect to find the secret door to Water's Surface;
- Locate a small building (featured) and enter it with the child or fairy effect;
- Exit gangsta moai statue's cell via the door (custom name);
- ...and done!
By the way, gangsta moai statue smiles when the wolf effect is used. He also makes scared faces when seeing the marginal and chainsaw effects.
