There are many errors you can get with Yume 2kki. First of all, have you downloaded and used Applocale/ changed your locale to Japanese? If so, have you downloaded and pasted in the RPG Maker 2000 RTP to the 2kki folders? If neither of these work, please upload a screenshot of your error using Snipping Tool or a third party program.
