Well, It was actually me who added the segment for them, and i used rpg maker to move the debug room NPC wh gives the effect to geometry world along with some other special npcs (one of which lets me move around a 5 bike speed! not an effect though) but yeah
Also, the effect is fairly unfinished by the looks of it, it doesnt have a pause screen icon yet, and does nothing at the moment besides Urotsuki's appearance
And fear not, I on the hunt for where it may be, if it even is anywhere in this version
