To get it, you have to use the sky1 background image. its a stock background image that is in the panorama folder of most RPG Maker games. export it from RPG Maker itself and rename it (its a japanese symbol followed directly by 1 [no spaces].) I can show you it right now (the current time i post this comment) but i will follow it up by the name you must rename sky1 to. put the file in the Panoramam folder and rename it to what i will post soon.
