Oh my god, I finally got wallpaper 97! On the top row there's that white guy with the TV head who's found in the underwater amusement park, and I think for that one you have to interact with a specific one. It's not the guys where you get the eyeboat, but instead in the pink/yellow teleporting area, there's one teleporter that takes you to an area with a black/white carpet. Talking to the TV guys inside of that area got me the wallpaper.
