Overview
Dekishi-san (or Drowning Man) is a strange creature that can be found in the water of the bridge to the Witch's Island. He's one of the water creatures in the game. His body is dusky green with orange shadow line, and an orb-like thing between his hand. He looks somewhat like a drowning man.

He can react normally with Cat and Stoplight effect. Like other water creatures he can't be reached.
